07-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at fatimaastoreofficial@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
Sale items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Custom products: Items that are specially ordered or personalized.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Exchanges are currently only available for domestic customers within Pakistan. We do not offer exchanges for international orders. For international customers, if you wish to change an item, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders placed within Pakistan, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for unstitched items, where a 10% advance payment is required before delivery. For stitched items, full advance payment is required at the time of order, as these are custom-made products. In case of a return for a COD order, the refund will be processed excluding the amount paid as the 10% advance payment if the return is due to reasons other than product defect or damage. The 10% advance payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled or returned for reasons not attributable to Fatimaa Store’s fault (e.g., change of mind).
