Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days before dispatch. Stitched items are custom-made, so processing may take longer during peak seasons. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

Orders within Pakistan are delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch via our courier partner. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for unstitched items, while stitched items require full advance payment.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries internationally including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and others. International orders are delivered within 15 to 20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country, which is outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Domestic shipping is free above a minimum order value. International orders are charged a flat shipping rate.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

While we aim to meet the timelines above, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or high order volume during sales. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
