Pakistan: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Cash on Delivery is available for unstitched items; stitched items require full advance payment.
International: We ship worldwide. Delivery takes 15-20 business days after dispatch. Payment for international orders is via bank transfer, with details provided at checkout.

To preserve embroidery and embellishments, we recommend dry cleaning only. Avoid direct sunlight when drying, and store folded in a cool, dry place. Iron on low heat from the reverse side, avoiding direct contact with embroidered or embellished areas.
